CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours or no call no-shows will be subject to a fee of 30% service price. If you cancel or reschedule more than two consecutive appointments before arriving, a no-show fee equal to 30% of the service price will be charged starting from the third occurrence and for any subsequent instances I understand that emergencies happen, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes (fee not enforced if you communicate with me in advance!)
